• Exemples de conjuncions en anglès

Les conjuncions són les paraules que s'utilitzen per unir dues o més parts d'una oració, o dues o més oracions.

Hi ha dos tipus de conjuncions en anglès:

conjuncions coordinants: S'utilitzen per unir dues frases o paraules que tenen el mateix valor.

• And / i.
• But / però.
• However / però
• Or / o
• So / Així que / per tant
• Then / llavors
• Therefore / per tant / per consegüent
• Yet / però / encara

conjuncions subordinants: S'utilitzen per unir una frase que depèn d'una altra. La frase dependent s'anomena "frase subordinada" i no té sentit sense l'altra. Les conjuncions subordinants habitualment es troben just abans de la frase subordinada.

• Although / encara que
• As / com
• After / després
• Before / abans
• If / si
• Since / ja que / des que
• So that / perquè / de manera que
• Until / fins que
• When / quan

Exemples de conjuncions en anglès
